Steps to Placing a WEBSITE ORDER
This blog will help you navigate and place your order on our web site and the delivery/pick up process that follows. If you are having trouble with the website, try changing browsers or refreshing your screen often can help too.
Log onto https://www.vroomanranch.com/
Click on Order Online
This will take you to the online store - https://app.barn2door.com/vroomanranch/all
On the left hand side you can select the category of products that you are interested in or you can just look through the whole store by scrolling down and clicking the next page number at the bottom of the screen.
Once you decide to add a product to your cart, you will be prompted to choose either delivery or pick up. Home delivery is complementary for orders over $125 and $25 for orders under $125. Pick up is free - just choose your location and the date for your desired pick up. To view all the pick up options make sure you scroll down on the right hand side of this menu.
After you have made this designation for your first product, the rest of your products will be directed to the same delivery or pick up that you chose for your first product.
When you have finished adding the products to your cart then click on CHECKOUT, click on the cart in the upper right hand corner to begin the checkout process.
You can choose to continue as a guest, if you have an account enter your email and password at this point, or if you would like to make an account check - Sign Up and enter your information. If you have an account and forgot your password, click “Forgot Password”.
Many of our products are charged by weight which is calculated once we pack your order. At checkout you will be charged a deposit for these designated products and the remainder of the balance will be charged at the time of packing your order based on the actual weight.
Here you will need to enter your information - Name, email, phone, address if you are choosing delivery, and enter your payment/billing information.
Review your order. If this is a gift, have a promo code, or a note to seller make sure you check that in the upper right hand corner. Then proceed to the red button on the middle right hand side that says - PURCHASE.
If you chose pick up, we will send you a confirmation text the day of the pick up you chose to make sure this still works for you. If you chose delivery, we will pack your order and add you to the delivery schedule. We will contact you the day of your delivery with a delivery window. You can let us know if it works for you. If it does not, then we will add you to the next delivery date in your area and contact you on the day.
